What can I tell you about spinach that you and Popeye don't know? Well, although they don't have as much iron as we thought, but they do have a lot of vitamins and minerals that you only absorb if you chew them well, or if you drink them in shakes. And ginger and celery, purifying and anti-inflammatory... and to that add the apples, which the British say that they keep the doctor away ;-) An apple a day keeps the doctor away... Imagine two!

2 fresh apples liquefied in a vacuum (as they should be)
Cold Press liquefied fresh vegetables:
Spinach
Celery (beware of allergy sufferers!)
A piece of ginger
And some lime wedges
